You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using PolyAlpha you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolyAlpha and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
